We ship out our orders once a week to every two weeks depending on the volume of orders we have in house.
Some orders can take up to 6 weeks to get out if the product is sold out or on back order or during a sale.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our digital products and coloring books we do not except returns or give refunds on these products.
On other products we only exchange or refund on products that have company authorization, we do not except products returned with out previous authorization.
